I had to cancel my order (order 11000267) as the client no longer required the floor stickers. Your office cancelled the order promptly and refunded the full amount back to my credit card after some degree of indecision as to how best to do this. Then, despite my numerous requests, you were unable to, and even refused to provide me with a refund receipt or any document to accompany the refund. This low rating is based entirely on this fact. Clearly your accounts department needs to do better.
